Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions for Charger Rental Rental Agreement By using our charger rental service, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Initial Test Period 2.1. Each rental begins with a 5-minute free test period. 2.2. During this time, you may test the charger to ensure it's functioning properly. 2.3. If you find any issues with the charger during this period, you may return it immediately for a replacement at no cost. Charging Fees 3.1. After the initial 5-minute test period, a charge of £3 will be applied. 3.2. The maximum charge for a single day's use is £6. Rental Duration and Return 4.1. The standard rental period is 24 hours from the time of initial rental. 4.2. You agree to return the charger to any of our designated return locations within this 24-hour period. Late Return and Non-Return Fees 5.1. Failure to return the charger within the 24-hour rental period will result in a £28 charge. 5.2. This fee covers the cost of replacing the unreturned charger. 5.3. If you return the charger after the 24-hour period and the £28 fee has been charged, you may be eligible for a £15 refund upon return of the charger in good working condition. Condition of Equipment 6.1. You are responsible for returning the charger in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear. 6.2. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Refunds and Disputes 7.1. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with these terms and conditions. 7.2. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within [X] days of the charge being applied. Modifications to Terms 8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 8.2. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. By using our charger rental service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
